应用因子分析法研究赤潮特征有机物
Study of characteristic organic compounds in red tide by factor analysis method
【摘要】 根据赤潮发生时海水中有机物含量的变化,应用因子分析法研究了与赤潮关系密切的特征有机物。这些有机物包括角鲨烯(SQU)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DNBP)、雪松醇(CED)、2,6 二特丁基对甲苯酚(BHT)、3 特丁基羟基苯甲醚(BHA)、2,6 二特丁基对苯醌(PBQ)等。通过测定海水中特征有机物含量的变化,为赤潮机理的研究,赤潮的监测、预报、防治提供依据。
【Abstract】 Factor analysis was used to study the organic compounds that have high degree of correlation with biomass in algae blooming. Based on this correlation, they were named as characteristic organic compounds. The compounds found were squalene(SQU), cedrol(CED), 2,5cyclohexadiene1,4dione,2,6bis(1,1dimethylethyl(PBQ), phenol,2,6bis (1,1dimethylethy 4methyl)(BHT), 3tbutyl4hydroxyanisole(BHA),1,2benzenedicarboxylie acid, bis(2methyl propyl) ester(DIBP), dibutyl phthalate(DNBP), respectively. Monitoring the variations of concentration of these characteristic organic compounds in seawater may provide a scientific basis for the studying and forecasting of redtide.
