温度、光照强度和pH对雨生红球藻光合作用和生长速率的影响

【摘要】 采用测定净光合放氧速率的方法研究了温度、光照强度和pH对 4株雨生红球藻光合作用和生长繁殖速率的影响。结果表明 ,温度、光照强度和pH对雨生红球藻的光合作用和生长速率的影响十分显著 ;4株雨生红球藻光合作用的最适温度、光饱和点和pH分别为 :Haematococcuspluvialis 2 6 :1 5℃ ,2 5 0 μmol/(m2 ·s)和pH7 0 ;Haematococcuspluvialis 3 0 :2 0℃ ,2 0 0 μmol/(m2 ·s)和pH8 0 ;Haematococcuspluvialis 3 4 :1 5℃ ,2 0 0 μmol/(m2 ·s)和pH7 0 ;Haematococ cuspluvialisWZ :1 0℃ ,1 40 μmol/(m2 ·s)和pH6 0。雨生红球藻细胞数量的增加与光照时间成正比。初步认为H pluvialis3 0、H pluvialis2 6和H pluvialisWZ是 3个有潜力适合于大规模生产的藻种。

【Abstract】 The effects of temperature, light intensity and pH on photosynthesis and growth rate of four Haematococcus pluvialis strains were investigated. Results showed that photosynthesis and growth rate were significantly affected by temperature, light intensity and pH. Optimal temperature, saturation light intensity and pH value of four Haematococcus strains were as follows: Haematococcus pluvialis 26: 15℃, 250μmol/(m 2·s) and pH7.0; Haematococcus pluvialis 30: 20℃, 200μmol/(m 2·s) and pH8.0; Haematococcus pluvialis 34: 15℃, 200μmol/(m 2·s) and pH7.0; Haematococcus pluvialis WZ: 10℃, 140μmol/(m 2·s) and pH6.0. Optimal cultivation temperature were 20℃, 25℃, 20℃, 15℃, respectively. Growth rate of H. pluvialis was increased by prolongation of photophase and the increase of cell number was in direct proportion to the length of photophase. H. pluvialis WZ was especially adapted to low temperature and H. pluvialis 26, H. pluvialis 30, H. pluvialis WZ were considered as the potential strains for mass culture according to their photosynthetic characteristics and adaptation to temperature.
