秀丽白虾早期生精细胞结构特征的研究

【摘要】 用透射电镜技术研究了秀丽白虾精子发生过程中早期生精细胞的结构特征。结果表明 :精原细胞可分为原始型和发育型两种。原始型精原细胞体积较小 ,形状不规则 ,整个细胞呈现极高的电子密度 ,胞质中线粒体多。早期发育型精原细胞度过非繁殖期后开始生长 ,内质网、线粒体增多。初级精母细胞胞质中细胞器结构典型 ,数量达到最多。次级精母细胞期 ,线粒体开始解体并相互融合 ;高尔基体、内质网形态不典型 ,胞质中充满了不规则的囊泡。

【Abstract】 The structural characteristics of early spermatogenic cells during spermatogenesis in Exopalaemon modestus were investigated using the transmission electron microscopy(TEM) technique. The results show that, the spermatogonia can be divided into two types:primary spermatogonia and developmental spermatogonia.The former are smaller in size, irregular in shape, and much higher in electron-density than the former. The early developmental spermatogonia start to develop after passing the irreproductive season of sex gland.The number of endoplasmic reticula and mitochondria is the largest in a primary spermatocyte with typical Golgi apparatus.At the secondary spermatocyte stage, the mitochondria with decreased cristae interfuse,the morpha of the Golgi apparatus and the endoplasmic reticula is not typical and they are filled with irregular vesicles in the cytoplasm.
