【摘要】 目的　探讨用腓肠浅动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复足跟缺损的治疗效果 ,并对此方法进行改进。方法　在皮瓣的紧邻近蒂端的中轴线上 ,设计一个矩型的辅助皮瓣 ,使其宽 2cm ,长度等于旋转点到缺损区最上方的距离 ,用于在皮瓣转移后覆盖蒂部。对于较深的缺损 ,皮瓣深面带有部分腓肠肌。结果　手术 15例 ,皮瓣完全成活。随访 6～12个月 ,效果满意。结论　用腓肠浅动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复足跟缺损时 ,设计辅助皮瓣可防止蒂部受压 ,从而确保皮瓣血运。对于较深的缺损 ,皮瓣深面可以带有部分腓肠肌 ,来填充深部缺损 ,增强抗感染能力更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the repairment of defects on feet with superficial sural artery island flaps.Methods A rectangle supplementary flap on the proximal end of the major flap was designed to cover the pedicle site.The major flap with a part of gastrocnemius muscles was used to repair deep defects.Results All cases achieved satisfactory results. With follow up periods ranging from 6 to 12 months in duration,the results were stable.Conclusion A supplementary flap on the proximal end of a superficial sural artery island flap might helpful to protect the pedicle from constiction and to guarantee blood supply.The major flap with a part of gastrocnemius muscles can fill up deep defects and can improve anti infective ability.更多还原
