【摘要】 目的　找到预防大鼠原位肾移植模型建立过程中发生并发症的方法。方法　采用动脉端 侧吻合、静脉袖套吻合、输尿管端 侧吻合的方法进行 6 9次大鼠原位肾移植实验 ,并分析死亡的原因。结果　共有 6 1只大鼠存活 ,8只大鼠死于并发症。结论　大鼠肾移植手术的术前准备、术中操作及术后护理对模型的建立有重要影响 ,采取具体的保护措施可以减少大鼠的死亡率更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find the ways of preventing the complications during establishing animal model of the renal orthotopic transplantation in rat. Methods We performed 69 rat renal transplantation with end side anastomosis of the left renal artery and ureter, end end sleevelet anastomosis of the left renal vein. We analysed these causes of the death rats. Results Sixty one rats lived and 8 rats died from complications. Conclusion Preparation of pre operation, operations and attendance of post operation affect the establishment of rat renal transplantation. We can decrease the mortality by the concrete methods.更多还原
