血管紧张素Ⅱ对雄性大鼠下丘脑GGT活性的影响
Effect of AngⅡ on hypothalamic GGT activity in male rats
【摘要】 目的 观察脑室微量注射血管紧张素Ⅱ (AngⅡ )对雄性大鼠下丘脑γ 谷氨酰转肽酶 (GGT)活性变化的影响。方法 应用速率法分析测定下丘脑组织GGT活性。结果 脑室微量注射血管紧张素Ⅱ (0 .12 μg 2 0 μl)使下丘脑GGT活性明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,此作用可被AngⅡ受体拮抗剂Saralasin所阻断。结论 AngⅡ可能通过兴奋AT1 受体增强下丘脑组织GGT的活性 ,促进氨基酸转运至下丘脑促性腺激素释放激素 (GnRH)神经元内 ,参与GnRH蛋白质的合成 ,从而使下丘脑GnRH肽含量增加
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) on hypothalamic γ glutamyltransferase (GGT) activity of male rat with intracerebroventricularly (icv) injection.Methods The hypothalamic GGT activity was analyzed by rate method. Results After icv injection of AngⅡ(0.12 μg / 20μl ) 60min, the activity of hypothalamic GGT was significantly higher than that in control( P <0.05)and the action could be blocked by saralasin (specific AT 1 receptor antagonist of AngⅡ).Conclusion The results suggest that AngⅡ could increase hypothalamic GGT activity by affecting AT 1 receptor, accelerating amino acid to transmit into neuron of gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH), promoting the synthetic process of GnRH and increasing the content of hypothalamic GnRH peptide finally.
