【摘要】 目的　观察益肺定喘胶囊对试验动物的抗炎平喘作用。方法　采用酚红呼吸道排泌实验观察益肺定喘胶囊对小鼠的祛痰作用。使豚鼠雾化吸入乙酰胆碱和组胺 (1∶1)的混和液 ,诱发豚鼠哮喘 ,观察益肺定喘胶囊对豚鼠引喘潜伏期和 6min内发生抽搐的动物数来评价其平喘作用。结果　①益肺定喘胶囊 (1.2 6g kg、2 .5 2g kg、5 .0 4g kg)可使支气管分泌物中的酚红浓度明显升高 ,从正常对照组的 (4 .6 6± 2 .6 8)× 10 - 5%升高到 (9.4 9± 6 .2 4 )×10 - 5% ,(14 .7± 7.6 7)× 10 - 5% ,(18.3± 4 .85 )× 10 - 5%。②益肺定喘胶囊能显著延长豚鼠的引喘潜伏期 ,并且大剂量 3.11g kg、中剂量 1.5 5g kg、小剂量 0 .78g kg间有明显差异。结论　益肺定喘胶囊有祛痰平喘作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anti inflammatory and antiasthmatic actions of Yi Fei Ding Chuan caplsule.Methods The expectrant effect of Yi Fei Ding Chuan capsule in the mouse was evaluated by pheno red experiment and its antiasthmatic actions were observed by histamine acetycholine induced asthma in guinea pig.Results ①The concentration of pheno red output of trachea increased markedly after using different doses of Yi Fei Ding Chuan capsule(1.26g/kg ,2.25g/kg,5.04g/kg) from (4.66±2.68)×10 -5 % to (9.49± 6.24 )×10 -5 %,(14.7±7.67)×10 -5 %,(18.3±4.85)×10 -5 %. ②Yi Fei Ding Chuan capsule could prolong the latent period of histamine acetycholine induced asthma in guinea pig, and this effect was dose dependent.Conclusion Yi Fei Ding Chuan capsule has significant expectorant and antiasthmatic effects.更多还原
