【摘要】 目的　探讨基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP 2 )在大肠癌中的作用。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法检测 35例大肠癌和 10例正常大肠组织中MMP 2的表达。结果　检测出MMP 2在大肠癌和正常组织中的阳性率分别为 4 5 .7%(16 35 )和 2 0 .0 % (2 10 ) ,大肠癌组织的MMP 2阳性率明显高于正常组织 (P <0 .0 5 )。MMP 2的表达与大肠癌的Dukes分期、浸润程度、淋巴结转移呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　MMP 2在大肠癌的发生、发展和转移过程中起着很重要的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the function of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP 2) in the colorectal carcinoma.Methods The expression of MMP 2 in 35 cases with colorectal carcinoma and 10 cases of normal colorectal tissues was detected with S P immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rate of MMP 2 in colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal tissues was 45.7%(16/35)and 20.0%(2/10)respectively. And the positive rate of MMP 2 in the colorectal carcinoma was obviously higher than in the normal colorectal tissues( P <0.05). The expression of MMP 2 was positive correlated with Dukesstaging, the degree of invasion and lymph node matastasis( P <0.01). Conclusion MMP 2 plays a key role in the origin, development and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
