【摘要】 目的　研究IL 2对抗精子抗体阳性大鼠的精子顶体酶活力的影响。方法　精子顶体酶的活力检测采用BAEE ADH联合法。结果　抗精子抗体 (AsAb)阳性大鼠精子顶体酶的活性显著降低 ;IL 2可显著降低AsAb阳性大鼠精子顶体酶的活性 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;AsAb阳性精子的SOD酶活性降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;IL 2可使精子中的SOD酶活性降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,增强了氧自由基的产生。结论　IL 2对精子顶体酶活性有显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of IL 2 on the sperm acrosin activity in positive antisperm antibody rat.Methods The sperm acrosin activity was detected by BAEE/ADH method.Results IL 2 decreased the sperm acrosin activity in positive rat ( P <0.001).The results also indicated that IL 2 significantly decreased the SOD activity ( P <0.001) and increased oxygen free radicals of sperms.Conclusion IL 2 could influence the sperm acrosin activity.更多还原
