【Abstract】 The central Pacific seamounts area is the key area of the cobalt-rich crust distribution.We are now investigating the cobalt-rich crusts in this area.The knowledge of the evolutionary history of the seamounts is of importance to study the genesis of the cobalt-rich crusts and the rule of their distribution.After reading a lot of literature,the authors overviewed the evolutionary history of these seamounts and discussed the relationship between the seamounts and the cobalt-rich crusts growing on them.更多还原
