苯甲基化木材溶液羟基值测定方法的探讨
Study on Determining Hydroxyl value of Benzylated Wood Solution
【摘要】 由于木材溶液组成复杂,用于测定合成聚醚多元醇羟基值的方法一般不再适用于木材溶液羟基值的测定。以咪唑为催化剂,邻苯二甲酸酐———二氧六环为酰化剂,可以测定木材溶液羟基值。在使用单组分酰化试剂测定木材溶液羟基值时,数据稳定性差。采用双组分酰化试剂法测定苯甲基化改性木材溶液羟基值,测定数据稳定可靠。
【Abstract】 Comparing with synthesized polyols, the composition of wood solution is complex. The methods of determining hydroxyl value of wood solution are different from in synthesized polyols. In this work, imidazole is used as catalyst and o-phthalic anhydrite mixed with 1,4-dioxane as phthalate agent in the reaction of determining hydroxyl value of wood solution. The mono-component phthalate agent method is not stable for determining hydroxyl value of wood solution. Using double component phthalate agent method to determine hydroxyl value of the wood solution, the results are accurate and reliable.
