【摘要】 目的 :观察国产环孢菌素A (CsA)为主的联合方案治疗再生障碍性贫血尤其是重型再障的临床疗效及不良反应。初步探讨血清乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV -M)检测结果与再障发病及疗效的关系。方法 :以国产CsA联合雄激素 (11例加用大剂量丙种球蛋白 )治疗再障 4 1例 ,与以雄激素联合中药治疗的对照组再障 2 5例比较疗效 ,并随访远期疗效。结果 :总有效率CsA组为 6 3 4 % ,优于对照组 36 0 % (P <0 0 5 ) ;对重型再障的有效率CsA组为 6 0 0 % ,明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ;CsA组中血清HBV -M阳性的重型再障加用大剂量丙球可提高疗效 ;CsA组治疗有效者过早停药较易复发。结论 :国产CsA为主的联合方案是治疗再障较为有效、安全方便的方法 ,有效者不宜过早停药更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness and side effect of Cyclosporin A regime for treating patients with aplastic anemia,especially for severe ones.Preliminary test the relationship between HBV-M and aplastic anemia and its therapeutic effectiveness.Method:Combination of home-made Cyclosporin A(CsA)and androgen(11 cases of them also received a large dose of immune globulin intravenously was 41 cases.Combination of androgen and herb was 25cases.Compare recent efficacies and often visit future effectiveness each other.Result:The total efficaciy of CsA(63 4%)were highter than that one(36 0%, P <0 05).So were serve aplastic anemia’s(CsA 60 0%, P <0 05).And test positive HBV-M result of them among the CsA could be improved in efficacies if they were heavily dosed with immune globulin intravenous.It is easy to repeat if they stopped taking pills early.Conclusion:Home-made Cyclosporin A regime may be an effective and safe approach in treating aplastic anemia.Don’t stop taking pills early if effect were showed.更多还原
