【摘要】 目的 :调查住院精神障碍患者对自身权益的知晓情况。方法 :采用开放式权益知识问卷对住院精神障碍患者进行调查。结果 :4 5 %自愿入院治疗 ,4 7%医疗保护性入院治疗 ,8%在家属陪同下自愿入院治疗。对权益知晓差 ,对治疗权持消极态度 ;15人次要求隐私权、保密权 ;12人次要求被尊重权 ;11人次要求知情权。结论 :临床工作中应注意维护精神障碍患者的基本权益更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the rights of psychopath.Methods:This study involved administring the opening right questionnaire to the hospitalized psychopath.Results:45% patients are in hospital with the free will,47% patients are in hospital with the medical protection while 8% patients are in hospital accompanied by their families.These patients know little about their rights and have the negative attitude to the treatment right.The rights of privacy and secrecy were required 15 person-times.The right of respect was required 12 person-times.The right of knows was required 11 person-times.Conclusions:We should maintain these patients’ basic right in clinical work.更多还原
