【摘要】 目的　测定盐酸普鲁卡因注射液的含量。方法　利用一种以普鲁卡因与单质碘形成的缔合物为电活性物的PVC膜普鲁卡因选择性电极对盐酸普鲁卡因的响应 ,测定盐酸普鲁卡因含量。结果　平均回收率为 97.5 % ,RSD≤ 3.2 4 % ,线性范围为 1.0× 10 -1～ 5 .2× 10 -5mol·L-1,检出限为 4 .0× 10 -5mol·L-1。结论　聚氯乙烯膜电极法可简便、快速、准确地检测盐酸普鲁卡因注射液的含量更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an accurate method to determine procaine hydrochloride by polyvinyl chloride (PVC) membrane selective electrode.METHODS The new PVC membrane procaine selective electrode based on procaine and iodine molecular association complex showed Nernst response for procaine.Procaine can be quantitatively determined.RESULTS The average recovery was 97.5% and RSD was lower than 3.24%.The Nernst response range was 1.0×10 -1-5.2×10 -5 mol·L -1 and the detection limit was 4.0×10 -5 mol·L -1.CONCLUSION The method can be used to determine the concentration of procaine in injections simply,rapidly and accurately.更多还原
