【摘要】 目的　采用HPLC法测定止嗽袋泡茶中橙皮苷的含量。方法　PhenomenexlunarC1 8色谱柱 (4 .6mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (硫酸调pH 2 .2 ) (4 5∶5 5 ) ,流速 1.0ml·min- 1 ,检测波长 2 83nm ,外标法定量。结果　在 0 .2 0 8～ 2 .0 8μg范围内呈线性关系 (r=0 .9999) ,平均加样回收率 10 0 .8% ,RSD =2 .12 % (n =5 )。结论　所用方法可用于该制剂的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determing the content of hesperidin in Zhisou tea.METHODS The HPLC system consisted of Phenomenex Lunar CLC-ODS column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)with methanol-water (pH 2.2)(45∶55) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1 and eluate was detected at 283 nm.RESULTS The linear range was 0.208-2.08 μg( r =0.9999),The mean recovery was 98.79% with RSD of 0.13%( n =5).CONCLUSION The method is suitable for the quality control of Zhisou tea.更多还原
