【摘要】 目的　考察不同除鞣质的工艺对制备丹参注射液的效果。方法　以丹参提取液为样本 ,原儿茶醛为代表成分 ,比较 5种除丹参注射液中鞣质方法的效果 ,及有效成分损失率。结果　胶醇树脂法能有效地去除丹参注射液中鞣质 ,澄明度良好 ,且损失率无明显降低。结论　此法为中药制剂纯化工艺提供了一种新的思路和有益的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To optimize the procedurs to purify Danshen injection.METHODS The water extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza was used as sample and 3,4-Dihydroxybenezaldehyde was adopted as target. The results of eliminating tannin with different processes were compared. RESULTS The traditional process combined with Macroreticular resin, the tannin could be completely removed by the new process, The consequent solution was clear, with no more less of salvianic acid. CONCLUSION The new method provides a new idea to traditional Chinese medicine preparations purification.更多还原
