【摘要】 目的　考察影响天麻中有效成分的提取因素。方法　采用正交试验法 ,以提取液中醇浸膏收率及天麻素的含量为考察指标。结果　提取的最佳条件为 70℃ ,用 6 0 %乙醇提取 3次 ,每次 1.5h ,第 1次加 10倍量乙醇 ,第 2、3次分别加 8倍量乙醇。结论　所用工艺稳定可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the extraction conditions of active ingredients in Gastrodia elate.METHODS Orthogonal experiment design was adopted. The index was the quantity of alcohol extract and the content of gastrodin in the extract. RESULTS The best extraction temperature was 70℃,and extracted 3 times by 60% alcohol achieved the best result. The time for each extraction was 1.5 hours.The first time used 10 times alcohol, while the second and the third time used 8 times alcohol.CONCLUSION The extraction procedure is stable and operative.更多还原
