β-环糊精对L-天门冬酰胺酶的稳定作用
Effect of β-cyclodextrin on the stability of L-asparaginase
【摘要】 目的 研究 β -环糊精 (β-CD)对L -天门冬酰胺酶 (L -Asnase)稳定性的影响。 方法 用 β -CD对L -Asnase进行修饰 ,并对修饰后酶的热稳定性和抗胰蛋白酶水解能力进行了研究。结果 修饰后酶的热稳定性和抗胰蛋白酶水解能力明显提高。结论 β -CD对L -Asnase具有明显的稳定作用
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) on the stability of L-asparaginase(L-Asnase). METHODS L-Asnase was modified with β-CD. The stability of the L-Asnase modified was studied in 37℃ water with or without trypsin. RESULTS The modified enzyme is much more stable in 37℃ water, and much more resistant to trypsin degradation. CONCLUSION β-CD can enhance the stability of L-Asnase obviously.
