【摘要】 目的　探讨人绒毛膜促性腺激素 (h CG)对人胃腺癌 SGC- 790 1细胞增殖生长的影响。方法　用 MTT法检测细胞生长率及存活率。结果　 h CG在 10 - 1 1～ 10 - 6 mol/ L 范围内 ,对胃腺癌细胞的生长具有促进作用 ,但无明显的时间依赖关系。结论　 h CG对胃腺癌细胞的生长具有一定的促进作用 ,提示 h CG在胃腺癌的发生与发展中起了一定的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of human gastric chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) on the growth of human gastric adenocarcinoma cells. Methods MTT reduction assay was used to determine the cell growth and survival rates. Results Within the concentration range of 10 -11 10 -6 mol/L, hCG could slightly stimulate the growth of gastric cancer cells but in a obvious time dependent manner. Conclusion hCG has slightly stimulatory effect on the proliferation gastric adenocarcinoma cells,suggestion that hCG may possibly play a role in regulation the tumorigenesis of gastric cancer.更多还原
