甲基磺酸铜制备的绿色工艺与动力学
Study on kinetics and preparation of (CH3SO3)2Cu·5H2O by green process
【Abstract】 The process of preparing (CH3SO3)2Cu·5H2O with red copper and the aqueous solution of CH3SO3H,that is air oxidation method,was developed.If the reaction rate equation is r=kαSCuβγ,the α≈2,β≈05,γ≈-05,k(333K)≈119×105g·L15·mol-15·m-1·min-1,k(353K)≈1213×105g·L15·mol-15·m-1·min-1 and Ea=4976kJ·mol-1 are obtained by experimental method.On the basis of above-experimented results the optimum reaction conditions are:reaction temperature is 353K,P(O2)≥128kPa,≤05mol·L-1 and dCu≤246μm.The high purity (CH3SO3)2Cu·5H2O,which can be used in the electroplating,is got.
