从核糖核苷合成2′,3′-不饱和核苷的研究进展
Progress of synthesis of 2′,3′-unsaturated nucleosides from ribofuranosylnucleosides
【摘要】 综述了从核糖核苷合成2′,3′ 不饱和核苷及其类似物的方法,主要包括2′,3′ 溴代乙酰氧基同时脱除法、2′,3′ O 甲氧基次甲基核苷脱除法、2′,3′ O 硫酸酯脱除法、2′,3′ O 甲烷磺酸酯脱除法等6种方法。引用文献23篇。
【Abstract】 This paper reviewed the methods for the preparation of 2′,3′-unsaturated nucleosides,and their analogs from corresponding ribonucleosides.Six methods were accounted for,such as the elimination of 2′,3′-bromoacetyl ribonucleosides,2′,3′-O-methoxymethenyl ribonucleosides,2′,3′-O-sulfate ribonucleosides,2′,3′-O-bismethanesulfonate ribonucleosides,etc.Advantages and defects of these methods were discussed.
