【摘要】 [目的 ]评价三明市消除碘缺乏病的措施落实、防治效果和成果巩固情况。 [方法 ]①阶段目标评估 :1997—2 0 0 0年 ,按福建省卫生厅和国家五部局下发的实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标评估方案的要求 ,由市评估组评估 ,省评估组抽查核实。②监测 :以县为单位 ,按容量比例概率抽样法 ,检测 8～ 10岁学生的甲状腺大小、尿碘及盐碘值。[结果 ]全市 12个县的 3项综合指标平均得分 91 4分 ,都在 85分以上 ;盐库、零售点和用户的碘盐合格率分别为 94 3 %,98 7%和 96 6%;尿碘中位数 2 2 1 5 3 μg/L ,小于 2 0 μg/L的样品占 1 4%;学生的甲状腺肿大率为 5 0 %。甲肿率、碘盐合格率、尿碘水平都达到碘缺乏病消除标准。达标后监测 ( 2 0 0 1年 ) :8～ 10岁学生甲肿率 4 0 %,碘盐合格率为 99 2 %,合格碘盐食用率 96 6%,碘盐覆盖率 99 2 %,尿碘中位数为 2 17 2 7μg/L ,<2 0 μg/L占 1 1%。[结论 ]三明市 2 0 0 0年已实现消除碘缺乏病阶段目标 ,2 0 0 1年进入可持续消除碘缺乏病阶段更多还原
