复方虫草菌丝粉对镉致雄性大鼠生殖毒性的拮抗作用
The Prevention of Compound Cordyceps Sinesis against Cadmium-induced Reproductive Toxicity in Male Rats
【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨复方虫草菌丝粉对镉致雄性大鼠生殖毒性的拮抗作用及其机制。 [方法 ]大鼠皮下注射氯化镉(CdCl2 ) ,按镉计 1 0mg/kg ,同时经口给予不同浓度复方虫草菌丝粉 ( 0 12 5g/kg、0 2 5 g/kg、0 5 0 g/kg) ,观察其对镉致大鼠生殖毒性作用的影响。[结果 ]CdCl2 可使大鼠精子活动率、计数、睾丸绝对重量和脏器系数降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,精子畸形率增高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,高剂量虫草可以提高精子活动率、计数、睾丸重量和脏器系数 (P <0 0 5 ) ,降低精子畸形率 (P <0 0 5 ) ;CdCl2 使睾丸钙和镉含量升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,尿镉排出量增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ;低剂量虫草增加尿镉的排出 (P <0 0 5 ) ,高剂量虫草降低睾丸钙和镉含量 (P <0 0 5 ) ,促进尿镉的排出 (P <0 0 5 )。 [结论 ]复方虫草菌丝粉通过促进镉的排出 ,减少镉的蓄积 ,对镉致大鼠生殖毒性有一定的拮抗作用。
【Abstract】 To explore the prevention and mechanism of compound cordyceps sinesis (CCS) against cadmium induced reproductive toxicity in male rats \ Rats were injected cadmium chloride (1 0 mg/kg body weight) and given with CCS 0 125 g/kg, 0 25 g/kg, 0 50 g/kg body weight The prevention of CCS against the toxicity was investigated \ The rate of motile spermatozoa, sperm count, the weight of testis and motility of the epididymis were decreased in rats by CdCl 2 and increased by high dose CCS (P<0 05) The rate of malformed sperm were increased by CdCl 2 and decreased with high dose CCS (P<0 05) The content of testicular Ca,Cd and urine Cd were increased;Urine Cd excretion were increased by low dose CCS (P<0 05), testicular Ca、Cd contents were decreased by high dose CCS and CCS can promote the excretion of urine Cd (P<0 05) \ The Cd induced reproductive toxicity in male rats can be prevented using CCS by promoting the Cd excretion and decreasing testicular cadmium content
