【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨福州市儿童的饮食行为状况以及影响因素。[方法 ]采用分层、整群随机抽样方法 ,通过问卷调查( 60 2人 )收集资料 ,共获得有效问卷 5 3 9份。调查内容主要包括儿童的饮食行为习惯与其家庭环境因素。 [结果 ]有43 4%的儿童存在不良的饮食行为习惯。用多元逐步回归法分析后发现 :监护人的认知水平、父亲职业、儿童年龄、家庭规模及家庭人均收入是影响儿童不良饮食行为习惯的主要因素 ,其中家庭收入和年龄是主要的负性因素。[结论 ]福州市儿童不良饮食行为习惯的发生率较高 ,并有随年龄而逐渐增高的趋势 ,要从提高监护人的认知水平入手进行干预更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\] To investigate the status of child dietary behaviors and its influence factors \ 602 childrenwere selected in Fuzhou by the method of stratified cluster random sampling (539 effective finally) The data were collected through questionnaires, including child dietary behaviors and the related factors of their family \ There were 43 4% ill dietary habits in the children The major influence factors were the lever of children’ foster perceive about the behaviors, father’ s occupation, child’ s age, family size and family income by multiple stepwise regression analysis The family income and child’ s age were major negative influence factors \[Conclusions\]There is high percentage of ill dietary behaviors in Fuzhou and increasing with their age The health knowledge of the child’ s foster should be improved to change the ill dietary behaviors更多还原
