【摘要】 [目的 ]调查福建省松溪县人群肺吸虫感染情况。 [方法 ]先以并殖吸虫成虫抗原作人群皮内试验过筛 ,阳性者抽取静脉血分离血清以ELISA法检测肺吸虫抗体。 [结果 ]在该县西部、西北部和东部的 3个村人群的皮试阳性率分别为 2 1 5 % (115 /5 3 5 )、15 9% (83 /5 2 1)和 14 2 % (72 /5 0 8)。皮试阳性者血清肺吸虫抗体检测阳性率分别为 8 7%(10 /115 )、1 2 % (1/83 )和 1 4% (1/72 )。 [结论 ]松溪县为福建北部的肺吸虫病高度流行区更多还原
