含咔唑基团的新颖Re(I)配合物的合成、表征和光电性质的研究
Synthesis, Characterization and Photoelectric Properties of a Novel Carbazole-containing Re(I) Complex
【摘要】 合成了一种含咔唑基团的新颖配合物Re(CO) 3 ClL [L =1 乙基 2 (N 乙基 -咔唑 4 )咪唑并 [4 ,5 f] 1,10 邻菲咯啉 ] ,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、1HNMR、荧光光谱和循环伏安学对其进行了表征 .制备了基于真空沉积膜的双层电致发光器件 :ITO/TPD (3 0nm) /Re(CO) 3 ClL (10nm) /Mg0 .9Ag0 .1(110nm) /Ag (60nm) .该器件启动电压为 5V ,在电压为 9V时达到最大亮度 113cd/m2 ,发出桔红色的光
【Abstract】 A novel carbazole-containing Re(I) complex, Re(CO) 3ClL (L=1-ethyl-2-(N-ethyl-carbazol-4-yl)imidazo1,10-phenanthroline), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR, UV-vis, 1H NMR and emission spectroscopy, and cyclic voltammetry. The double-layer electroluminescence device of ITO/TPD (30 nm)/Re(CO) 3ClL (10 nm)/Mg 0.9Ag 0.1(110 nm)/Ag (60 nm) fabricated by vacuum-deposition technique was found to emit bright orange-red light with a turn-on voltage of 5 V and a maximum luminance of 113 cd/m 2 at a bias voltage of 9 V.
