【Abstract】 A novel homogenous fluorogenic probe, TaqMan molecular beacon (TaqMan MB) has been developed from TaqMan and molecular beacons, which combines the hairpin structure of molecular beacons and the cleavage mechanism of TaqMan probes and has much better detection effects than TaqMan or molecular beacons alone.
