新型正充电单层结构有机光受体的研制
Preparation of a Novel Single-layer Positive-charged Photoreceptor
【摘要】 将纳米级酞菁氧钒分散于聚碳酸酯成膜剂中 ,成功研制了一类性能优良的单层结构有机光受体 .实验结果表明此类光受体随着酞菁氧钒在聚碳酸酯中含量的变化 ,其灵敏度、暗衰、饱和电位及残余电位出现规律性变化 .控制酞菁氧钒在聚碳酸酯中的含量可使此类光受体表现出优良的电荷保持能力 ,并在可见至近红外光谱范围内具有高灵敏度、低暗衰和低残留电位 .当酞菁氧钒含量为 3 2 %时 ,光受体的光衰灵敏度 (曝光波长 780nm ,光强 1.17μW )E1/ 2 =1.13 μJ/cm2 ,E1/ 5=1.2 1μJ/cm2 ,充电电位V0 =62 3V ,暗衰DD =2 4.5V/s ,残余电位VR=12V .
【Abstract】 A novel single layer, positive charged photoreceptor with excellent photoconductive properties was prepared by dispersing nanoparticles of vanadyl phthalocyanine with average size of 2.4 nm in polycarbonate resin. Influences of the content of vanadyl phthalocyanine on the sensitivity ( E 1/2 ), dark decay ( DD ), charged potential ( V 0) and residual voltage ( V R) of the prepared photoreceptors were studied. When the vanadyl phthalocyanine content in polycarbonate resin was properly controlled, single layer photoreceptors with high charged potential, good photosensitivity, low dark decay and residual voltage were obtained. Photoconductivities of a prepared photoreceptor having 32% of vanadyl phthalocyanine nanoparticles in polycarbonate resin are listed as follows: E 1/2 (exposure light: 780 nm, 1.17 μW)=1.13 μJ/cm 2, E 1/5 =1.21 μJ/cm 2, V 0 =623 V, DD = 24.5 V/s and V R=12 V.
