液膜分离富集微量碲
Separating Enrichment of the Micro Amount of Tellurium with Liquid Membranes
【摘要】 用伯胺N192 3、L113B、煤油和内相NaOH水溶液乳状液膜体系 ,研究了Te(Ⅳ )的迁移富集行为。实验结果表明 ,在适宜条件下 ,Te(Ⅳ )的迁移率达 99.5 %以上。在此条件下 ,许多共存离子如Pb2 + 、Fe3 + 、Al3 + 、 RE3 + 、Zr4+ 、Ti4+ 、Mn2 + 、Cr3 + 、Co2 + 、Ni2 + 、Zn2 + 、Cu2 + 、Cd2 + ,大量碱金属和碱土金属离子 ,SiO3 2 -、SO42 -、PO43 -、F-、Cl-、NO3 -、ClO4-等 ,都不影响分离富集碲。只有Te(Ⅳ )能从这些离子中得到满意的分离。此法用于分离富集铅锌矿、铜矿、铁矿和合金中的微量碲 ,结果相当满意。
【Abstract】 The transport enrichment behaviour of Te 4+ through the emulsion liquid membrane system of primary amine N1923,L113B,kerosene and NaOH aqueous solution as internal phase was studied.Experimental results show that the transport rate of tellurium is above 99.5%.In this case many co ions,such as Pb 2+ ,Fe 3+ ,Al 3+ ,RE 3+ ,Zr 4+ ,Ti 4+ ,Mn 2+ ,Cr 3+ ,Co 2+ ,Ni 2+ ,Zn 2+ ,Cu 2+ ,Cd 2+ ,alkali metal ions and alkaline earth metal ions,SiO 3 2- ,SO 4 2- ,PO 4 3- ,F -,Cl -,NO 3 -,ClO 4 -etc,all can not affect separating enrictment of the micro amount tellurium,only Te 4+ can satisfactorily be separated out of these ions. The method can be applied to separate micro amount of tellurium in Pb Zn ores,copper ores,iron ores and alloys with satifactory results.
