胶原蛋白制备生物医学材料的特征及改性方法
Properties and Modifying Ways of Collagen for Biomedical Material
【摘要】 在介绍胶原蛋白制备生物材料的功能特性及存在的不足的同时,着重阐述了实际应用中,为避免单一胶原蛋白做生物材料的缺点而对胶原蛋白进行改性,其改性方法的研究现状。目前,对胶原蛋白改性的方法主要有物理交联、化学试剂交联和通过与其它高分子材料共混等几种,各种方法各有其优缺点,保持胶原生物活性的同时,并赋予以新的功能是改性的原则。近几年将不同天然高分子进行共混杂化形成的复合材料显示出了其它材料无法替代的优点和性能,是目前研究生物材料的热点。
【Abstract】 The properties and modifying ways of collagen used for biomedical material were reviewed. At present, the modifying methods mainly include physical crosslinking, chemical crosslinking, and alloying with other polymers. These methods can endue collagen with some new functions, while keeping its activeness, but they have respective advantages and shortcomings, Recently composites of natural polymeric materials are becoming the hotspot in biomaterial fields. They exhibit special functions that cannot be obtained from other materials.
