【摘要】 报道了用 KF- Al2 O3 作催化剂 ,用 DMF为溶剂 ,合成乙酰乙酸乙酯的新型方法 ,考察了诸因素对产率的影响 ,找出了最佳的反应条件 :催化剂与反应物二者摩尔比为 1∶ 1、反应温度为 1 8～2 5°C。利用以往方法合成乙酰乙酸乙酯产率只有 45 % ,但用该方法可将产物收率提高到 82 %。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new synthesis method of acetoacetic ester using KF-Al 2O 3 as catalyst and DMF as solvent was reported. The factors affecting the yield were tested. The optimum conditions are as follows: molecular ratio of catalyst and reactant, 1∶1; reaction temperature, 18~25°C. Comparing to traditional methods, this new method improves the yield from 45% to 82%.更多还原
