【Abstract】 The preparation of Zns nano particles with unique electrical and optical properties has attracted much greater attention in recent years. The nano particles of ZnS are prepared by different methods, such as solid, liquid and gas phase reactions. Every preparation method has its own advantages and disadvantages, and all are reviewed in this artice. The right method can be selected depending on the applications of ZnS nano particles in practice, which, on the other hand, will promote the research on ZnS nano particles preparation.更多还原
