【Abstract】 In industry three major methods are used for producing carboxymethyl starch, i.e., dry method, semi dry method, and wet method. The latest development of synthesis method and uses of carboxymethyl starch are reviewed. For example, the effects of ether reagent, catalyst, solvent, reacting time and temperature, as well as applications in food, medicine, well drilling, textile and chemical industry are summarized.更多还原
