新型纳米固载杂多酸盐催化剂的制备与应用
Preparation and Application of New Supported Nanoheteropolyacid Salts Catalyst
【摘要】 采用超声波法制备纳米级杂多酸盐催化剂 ,通过己酸乙酯的合成反应来检验它们的活性。实验表明 ,醇酸比为 1 .1 5∶ 1 ,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的 1 %,反应时间 2 h,反应温度在 92~96°C时 ,己酸乙酯的产率可达 92 %。
【Abstract】 Preparation method of new supported nanoheteropolyoxometalats SiW 12O 4- 40-SO 2- 4/TiO 2 was described. The synthesis of ethyl-hexanonate catalyzed by SiW 12O 4- 40-SO 2- 4/TiO 2 has been studied and the factors influencing on the yield of the faction is discussed. It shows that it’s an excellent catalyst, the yield of the ethyl-hexanoate can reach 92% when the molar ratio of alcohol and hexanic acid is 1.15, the quality of catalyst is equal to 1% feed stock, the reaction time is 120 min and the reaction temperature is 92~96 °C.
