MnOx/γ-Al2O3催化加氢合成3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛
Synthesis of 3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde by catalytic hydro- genation via MnOx/y-Al2O3
【摘要】 α将3,5-二羟基苯甲酸与硫酸二甲酯在碱性条件下反应生成3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸甲酯,然后在高压下以MnOx/y-Al2O3为催化剂催化加氢得到3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛。总收率81.7%。催化剂采用共沉淀法制备,Mn载量wMn=15.3%。
【Abstract】 Synthetic method of 3,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde from 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid was described in this paper. The catalysts MnOx/y-Al2O3 were prepared by means of co-precipitation method. Mn loading was 15. 3% in the catalysts. Methyl 3,5-dimethoxybenzoate was synthesized from 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid and dimethyl sulfate in alkaline condition, then, after catalytic hydrogenation under high pressure using MnOx/y-Al2O3 as catalyst, 3, 5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde was obtained with an overall yield of 81.7%.
