对甲基苯磺酰氯催化尿囊素的合成
Synthesis of allantoin catalyzed by p-toluenesulfochloride
【摘要】 在对甲基苯磺酰氯的催化下,用乙醛酸和尿素为原料合成了尿囊素。通过考察各种影响因素,找到了合成标题化合物的最佳实验条件:乙醛酸与尿素的物质的量比为1:3.75,乙醛酸与对甲基苯磺酰氯的物质的量比为3:1,反应温度为80~85℃,反应2h,产率为70%。
【Abstract】 Allantoin was synthesized through condensation of glyoxylic acid and carbamide in the presence of p-tolue-nesulfochloride catalyst. The effect of catalyst bolting,catalyst amount, reaction time, reaction temperature, molar ratio of glyoxylic acid and carbamide on yield was investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were molar ratio of glyoxylic acid and carbamide was 1 : 3. 75, glyoxylic acid and P-toluenesulfochloride was 3 : 1, reaction temperature was 80 - 85℃ , reaction time was 2h. Under these conditions, the yield of allantoin was 70%.
