【Abstract】 Five new 7-phenylmethylamino-9, 10-dihydro [1,2,4] triazole[4,3-a]quinoiine derivatives were synthesized via condensation, reduction, thiosubstitution, cycliza-tion with 6-amino-3 ,4-dihydro-2(1H)quinolinone as starting material.
