派罗宁GS催化光度法测定痕量铱
Study on the catalytic effect of iridium on the oxidation re- action of pyronine GS by potassium bromate and its analytical applications
【摘要】 研究了铱催化溴酸钾氧化派罗宁GS(PGS)退色反应的反应条件,测定了该催化反应的反应级数和表观活化能,并建立了一个测定铱的新动力学光度法。在选定的实验条件下,非催化反应体系与催化反应体系在550nm波长处的吸光度差值与铱的浓度在0.050~0.60μg/25mL范围内有良好的线性关系,检出限为9.72×10-4μg/mL。对0.5μg/mL Ir(Ⅳ)测定10次的相对标准偏差为2.1%。用于冶金产品及岩矿中痕量铱的测定,结果满意。
【Abstract】 The reaction conditions and kinetic parameters including the reaction-order and apparent activation energy for the catalytic effect of iridium (IV) on the oxidation reactions of pyronine (PGS) by KBrO3 were investigated, and a new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of Ir(IV) was developed. Under the selected conditions,good linear relationship was obtained between the difference in the absorbances of the uncatalytic and catalytic systems at 550nm and the concentration of Ir (IV) in the range of 0. 050 - 0. 60ug/25mL, the detection limit was 9. 72 × 10- 4ug/mL. The relative standard deviation for 11 replicate determinations of 0. 5ug/25mL of Ir (IV) was calculated to be 2. 1%. The method is of good selectivity and high sensitivity,and it has been successfully applied for the determination of iridium in the metallurgy products and ore samples.
