【Abstract】 (1S, 2R)-(-)-(1-Para-nitrophenyl-1,3-dihydroxyl-2-propyl) trimethylammonium iodide was synthesized through hydrolysis, tert-aminolation and quaterization by beginning with chioramphenicol, and as a phase transfer catalyst, it shows good catalytic and certain asymmetric induction effect in a-methylation of phenylacetonitrile, and in addition of benzaldehyde with chloroform.更多还原
