二胺类过渡金属配合物的抑菌活性研究Ⅱ——N,N′-(3,4-二氧亚甲基苄基)-丙二胺及其过渡金属配合物的合成、表征与抑菌活性
Antibacterial activity research of transitional metal(Ⅱ) complexes with N,N′-bis substituted diamine
【摘要】 以氧化胡椒醛缩丙二胺席夫碱为原料 ,经还原得到N ,N′ (3,4 二氧亚甲基苄基 ) 丙二胺 ,然后与过渡金属氯化物反应制得配合物 ,并对配体及配合物进行了病原微生物的敏感性试验。配体及配合物结构通过元素分析 ,红外光谱 ,摩尔电导 ,银量法测氯离子含量等方法得到确定。抑菌试验表明配体及配合物对病原菌有一定程度的抑制作用
【Abstract】 N,N ′ bispiperonyl propanediamine has been prepared by reduction of piperonal propanediamine and then reaction with transitional metal(Ⅱ) chlorides.Results:Compositions and structure of the ligand and Mn(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Zn(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ)complexes were characterized by elemental analysis,infrared spectra,molar conductance thermal analysis;Cl - percent content was determined by aregentometric method.Antibacterial test showed that these compounds displayed significant antibacterial activity towards many types of bacteria.
