氯代特戊酰氯的新合成方法
A new method of synthesis of 3-chloro-2.2-dimethyl-propio- nyl chloride
【摘要】 以特戊酸为原料经两次氯代合成氯代特戊酰氯。首先使特戊酸在气相条件下进行β-H氯代,氯气流量13~15mL/min、反应时间110min,氯代特戊酸收率为89.2%;后者在吡啶催化下与亚硫酸酰作用,n(氯代特戊酸):n(SOCl2)=1:1.2、反应时间5h,氯代特戊酰氯收率为99.2%。该合成路线反应时间短,产品总收率达88.5%。
【Abstract】 3-Chloro-2, 2-dimethyl propionyl chloride was prepared by twice chlorination of 2 , 2-dimethyl propionic acid. β-H chlorination of the substrate was carried out at the flow rate of 13-15mL/min for Cl2 , reaction time 110 min,the intermediate yield was 89. 2%. While the molar ratio of the intermediate to SOC12 was 1:1. 2,with the reaction time of 5h,chlorination of the intermediate product gave 3-chloro-2, 2-dimethyl propionyl chloride in 99.2% yield in the presence of pyridine catalyst. Under optimum conditions,the total yield of the product was 88. 5%.
