新试剂1-(2-羟基-5-硝基苯基)重氮氨基偶氮苯的合成及其与镉的显色反应
Synthesis of a new reagent 2-hydroxy-5-nitrophenyl- diazoaminoazobenzene and its color reaction with cadmi- um
【摘要】 合成了新试剂1-(2-羟基-5-硝基苯基)重氮氨基偶氮苯(HNPDAAB),并研究了它与镉的显色反应。在Triton X-100存在下,pH8.5~10.0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,试剂与镉生成1:1型深红色配合物,其表观摩尔吸光系数达1.66×105L·mol-1·cm-1。Cd2+的含量在0~9μg/25ml,范围内符合比尔定律。
【Abstract】 A new triazene reagent 2-hydroxy-5-nitro-phenyldiazoaminoazobenzene (HNPDAAB)has been synthesized and the color reaction of HNPDAAB with cadmium ( Ⅱ ) has been studied. Results show that the red complex appears in pH8. 5-10. 0 buffer solution of Na2-B4O7-NaOH in the presence of TritonX -100. The molar absorptivity is 1. 66×105L · mol-1 · cm-1. Beer’s low is obeyed in the concentration range of 0-9μg/25mL for cadmium.
