溶剂型纳米导静电浆制备及应用研究
Preparation and Application of Solvent-Borne Static Conducting Nano-dispersed Liquid
【摘要】 采用纳米级金属氧化物颗粒为导静电填料,通过不同分散助剂的选择实验、分散助剂与溶剂体系间的配用实验、研磨分散工艺优化实验,研究如何制备纳米级导静电溶剂浆。此外,还对比研究了纳米导静电粉、微米导静电粉应用于双组分环氧树脂体系时,所得涂膜的导静电性能差异。
【Abstract】 Selection tests on varieties of dispersing agents, matching tests on dispersing agents and solvent systems and optimization tests on grinding and dispersing processes were carried out to study how to prepare static conducting nanosolvents with nanosized metal oxides particles used as filler. In addition, study was also made for comparison of static conducting nano powder and difference of static conducting film performance when nano powder applied to twopart epoxy resin system.
