【Abstract】 In this paper,the mechanism(including the nucleation and growth of polymer particles)and kinetics of emulsifier-free emulsion polymerization was presented.The factors to influence the stability and the ways to improve the stability and solid content of emulsifier-free polymer emulsion were reviewed in detail.The ways include the introduction of initiator fragmentation,hydrophilic or surfactant comonomers,modification of reaction medium and selection of proper prosesses.Also the present status of application and foreground in the research field was outlined.更多还原
