三甲氧基甲苯合成辅酶Q0工艺优化研究
Optimization for Synthesis of Coenzyme Q0 from Trimethoxy Toluene
【摘要】 对三甲氧基甲苯氧化制备辅酶Q0的合成反应进行了研究,对反应温度、浓硫酸的用量、乙酸的用量等主要影响因素运用正交试验方法进行了优化,得到的较佳反应条件与运用偏最小二乘法拟合方程所得的较优点一致。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of coenzyme Q0 by oxidation of trimethoxy toluene was studied and the effect of temperature, quantity of sulfuric acid and acetic acid on the yield of the oxidation were optimized by orthogonal design. The results showed that the yield of coenzyme Q0 is 63.92% when the mole ratio of trimethoxy toluene to ammonium persulfate, sulfuric acid and acetic acid is 1∶2.55∶8.61∶56.1 at 35℃.
