CD4合成工艺研究
STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIS PROCESS OF CD4
【摘要】 采用自制催化剂Ni Mo/Al2O3催化CO2甲烷化反应,制备了大气示踪剂CD4。考察了反应温度、D2与CO2体积比、催化剂负荷等工艺参数对CD4产率和副产物CO体积分数的影响。结果表明:反应温度为350℃、D2与CO2体积比为6、催化剂负荷为6 4μmol/(gcat.·min)时,CD4产率大于96%,反应混合物中CO体积分数低于2 0×10-3。
【Abstract】 The atmospheric tracer gas CD4 is synthesized by methanation of CO2, using NiMo/γAl2O3 as catalyst. The effects of reaction conditions, such as temperature, volume ratio of D2 to CO2, and loading of catalyst, on the yield of CD4 and the volume fraction of CO byproduct are investigated experimentally. The results show that when the temperature is 350 ℃, the volume ratio of D2 to CO2 is 6, and the loading of catalyst is controlled less than 6.4 μmol/(gcat·min), the yield of CD4 is more than 96%, and the volume fraction of CO in the reaction mixture is less than 2.0×10-3.
