¹⁸F标记甘氨酸-苯丙氨酸盐的研究

【摘要】利用间接标记法对甘氨酸苯丙氨酸乙酸盐(HGP)进行了18F标记。研究了pH、反应时间、HGP浓度及催化剂1 羟基苯并三唑(HOBT)用量等对标记率的影响。实验结果表明,在pH=9.2,HGP的质量浓度为1mg/mL,室温反应5min时,标记率可达90%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acetate GlyPhe (HGP) is indirectly labeled with 18F.The effcts of pH,reaction time,HGP concentration and the amount of catalyst HOBT on labeling yields are studied.The optimum conditions are∶pH=9.2,HGP concentration is 1 mg/mL, reaction time is 5 min at room temperature, under which the labeling yield is obtained to be 90%.更多还原
