【Abstract】 The tea tree oil was extracted from the leaves and branches of tea tree by hydrodistillation method . The oil obtained was analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry(GC-MS). More than 47 components were separated and 32 components were identified by retrieving and comparison with NIST98 mass spectral database and standard spectra. The identified components represent 96. 08% of the oil which was quantified by the area normalization method with Hewlett - Packard software.更多还原
