【摘要】 用自动顶空气相色谱法测定化妆品中的甲醇。研究了色谱柱、样品平衡温度、样品平衡时间、加压时间、线圈充满时间、载气压力、样品用量等实验条件对测定结果的影响。甲醇含量在0.001％～0.4％与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,甲醇的加标回收率为93％～104％,检出限为1.0×10^-5（质量分数或体积分数）,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.20％～1.3％。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method for the determination of methanol in cosmetics by head space GC was developed. The influences of gas chromatography column, oven temp. , vial eq. time, pressuring time, loop fill time, carrier gas pressure, the amount of the sample on the determination were discussed. The linear range was 0. 001 %~0. 4% , the recovery was 93%~104% with RSD of 0. 20% ~ 1. 3% , the detection limit was 10μg/g or 10μL/L.更多还原
