聚乙二醇标准物质的研制

【摘要】 介绍聚乙二醇标准物质的研制过程。采用二元溶剂体系液相处理技术制备标准物质,对聚乙二醇原材料的选用、特性参数的测定、制备方法、均匀性检验、稳定性试验和分子量的定值进行了系统的研究。研究结果表明,聚乙二醇标准物质的重均分子量为4.5×10~4,扩展不确定度为1.0×10~3,其均匀性和稳定性均符合标准物质的技术要求。

【Abstract】 The development of the certified reference material of polyethylene glycol (PEG) was introduced. The certifiedreference material of PEG was prepared by liquid technique of dual solvents system. The selecting of raw materials, determination of characteristic parameters, preparation method, checking of uniforrnily, stability lesl and certification of the weight average molecular weight of the certified reference material of PEG were systematically studied. The results show that the weight average molecular weight of the certified reference material of PEG is 4.5×104 with expend uncertainly of 1. 0×103. The uniformity and stability of the certified reference material of PEG conform to the technical requirement of the certified reference material.
